Between 2016 and 2019, the U.S. Navy conducted a series of secretive tests into a mysterious phenomenon that became known as "The Pais Effect." The experimentation stemmed from the publication of a collection of unusual patents describing UFO-like technologies by Salvatore Pais, an engineer and inventor whose work remains a subject of ongoing debate and controversy.
